I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Rover.com
Interview
Overall, I had a positive interview experience at Rover. I had a recruiter call, a technical phone screen, a take home assignment, and then a virtual on-site. Phone screen was with an EM and was string manipulation work. My take home was a backend task. The virtual on-site was 3 rounds - behavioral with the hiring manager, systems design, and then coding where I added on to my take home assignment. It was a lengthy process and I really liked all the engineers/EM’s I spoke with, so it was obviously disappointing not to receive an offer. I really appreciated all of the communication I received from my recruiter and the support they provided throughout the interview process.

It was a very good interview we had a nice conversation and honestly super good vibes. Super sweet interviewer and I highly recommend to apply here if you can because the overall environment is healthy.
Quick HR call to get ti know you, and then a technical challenge with their Engineer where you had to approach several challenges (string manipulations) that had to pass pre-written tests
