      Marketing Manager Interview

      Apr 6, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Seattle, WA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Rover.com (Seattle, WA)

      Interview

The recruiter was communicative early on, and the interview flow was recruiter > hiring manager > SVP > group interview. The early interviews were done over Google Meet, and the recruiting team did a great job scheduling things. Unfortunately the communication flow ended abruptly when the team decided to go another way, and a canned response was sent. After three weeks of very clear and open communication, that left a poor taste as a candidate.
