The interview process was thorough and long, but extremely enjoyable. It began with multiple phone screens before skype interviews. The skype interviews consisted of four separate meetings with two individuals each time. Questions they asked were directly related to Rover's Core Values or skilled directly associated with the position. All of the employees involved in interviewing seemed to really want to be there and were very invested in finding someone right for the position. The company got back with the result of the interviews rather quickly, and once I received an offer, had a fast turnover for when they preferred me to begin. They seemed very interested in understanding how the candidate would triage situations and work through their problem solving process. Some questions were slightly difficult, but they understood this and just wanted to see how pressure was handled.
