I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RoviSys (Aurora, OH) in Oct 2016
Interview
I interviewed at the aurora, Ohio location. There were two options, an 8am start time or a 12pm start. I chose the latter as I was coming from 4 hours away. They offered a lunch with a few of their employees that was great to get a feel for daily work life. The lunch was followed up by a short presentation and tour of the facility. Then seven 20 minute interviews. The interviews were not difficult by any means and very few technical questions. Mostly focused on your resume and behavioral questions. I thought the staff and interview process was very organized and enjoyed it. I like how the company does all the interviews on site and all at once with a promised 2 week response. I honestly am a little confused why I did not receive an offer though. Going to follow up shortly.
The interview process was straightforward, no technical interview. Invited to location for lunch with other interviewees and did non-technical questions about self and company. Interesting employees and interesting company. Does automated manufacturing and systems engineering as well.
I had a 90-minute interview divided into three separate sessions with different people from various sectors of the company. Each session lasted between 20-30 minutes and focused on high-level questions rather than technical deep dives. The interviewers primarily assessed my background, experience, and problem-solving approach. Overall, the process was structured, conversational, and gave insight into different aspects of the company. Also I was waiting for 20 minutes because they had problem with zoom.
