Interview consisted of a teams call introduction and initial interview with a few key team members. The interview was very relaxed and personable. The second interview was in person with several members of the team with different focus areas. Again the interview process was very relaxed and began with a tour of the facility, overview of the company culture and work life balance, and finished up with several one on one interviews and review of the job responsibilities and relative job experience and training.
