RoviSys Systems Engineer Co-op interview questions

It started with a phone screening and an interview with 5 people. There was a person from HR and 4 engineers from different backgrounds and departments. The engineers all had varying levels of experience with systems engineering and controls. Though, a lot of what they were looking for was not experience with systems engineering technologies like PLCs or HMIs but a strong desire to learn. Being familiar with the technologies helps but really showing the career-oriented willingness to step into the position is what they are looking for. They want to see what you are looking for from them to improve upon yourself.

Had interviews with multiple different people all were very nice and professions, less technical questions than I was expecting. Overall very friendly people they wanted to get to know about me more than anything else it seemed like.
