I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Indianapolis, IN) in Oct 2013
Interview
This is a standard interview process. Phone interview, in person, and some times a second interview is the standard procedure. Be HONEST! If they ask if you're good at math and you say yes, be prepared to answer one. They are trained to ask follow up questions to your strengths to ensure you're not making it up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you good at math? Since you're goal oriented, what was the last goal you set and accomplished?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Austin, TX)
Interview
Unprofessional, they don’t ask many questions at all. They will give anyone a job if you smile and are nice. However would not recommend wasting any time interviewing for this position, they lose 80% of employees that get hired on.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Schaumburg, IL) in Jul 2021
Interview
The first interview went much smoother than the second interview. The second interview I was interviewed by Tim and Richard both of which were wearing shorts and t-shirts to an interview which was a little off putting. The interview process was very simply, and more of a conversation. The questions were not difficult and it is pretty clear that they are just looking to put bodies in the office to get on the phones.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
They wanted me to explain my work experience and not just read my resume. They didn't ask me specific questions but instead wanted me to present myself. They also asked me what I expected from the job.
