I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2015
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. I went through 3 rounds of interviews. First was by phone and I received valuable information about the company and it's incredible work place culture. Second was with a VP of the company and was non-intimidating and extremely transparent which was a relief. The interview was conversational and not rigid with stock 'interview' questions. The third was with a Sales team leader and was more informative about the process than an interview. Being inquisitive and engaged is a must at this point.

I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage (Schaumburg, IL)
Interview
Very easy there was a quick over the phone call going over personal details. Then two in person interviews. very easy questions although they do hide the fact its a call center and you will be cold calling 500 people a day.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Royal United Mortgage in Oct 2025
Interview
First initial phone calls with higher up went extremely well. He was very helpful and seemed to think I was a good fit. They ran credit/background and I moved on to interview on camera with Jessica…. Somehow I didn’t make a good impression. She wasn’t even dressed professional whatsoever. I should have worn a T-shirt to match her instead of getting all dressed up.
