Applied online. Contacted through LinkedIn to have a phone interview. Phone interview was mainly chit chatting about previous experience. I was sent an email to complete 2 assessment tests. A week later I was called to come in for a 1-on-1 interview with the VP of eCommerce. Drove an hour to corporate. Interview went well and walked me through the operations. Mostly asked about my previous experience once again. Explained they didn't really want to expand to other marketplaces but really just wanted someone to list items on eBay like a robot. 75,000 items and they do less than 10 million a year. My previous company I generated 6 million a year with 1000 items.
