Interview and hiring process was fast, which can be expected with their high turnover rate. After applying there was a phone interview which did not take long and then was hired after the interview.

Interview
This was about two years ago. I called in five days after submitting my application and she looked for about two seconds then asked if she could ask me a few questions. I answered honestly and she said that a manager would be contacting me at 3pm.
The manager contacted me 45mins early and said she just had some time. She asked about my experience (I had none), what I knew about the store (absolutely nothing), and what my availability is, which I replied I had no life so every day. She got a kick out of that. They basically just wanted boots on the ground and wanted to make sure you showed up on time.
