Forget the feedback they will not answer your phone calls or emails. 2)They somehow do not really care about maintaining any sort of integrity in their communication with their clients or the job seekers. 3) Forget about referrals, what it goes down to is that job seekers for Russell Tobin recruiters are sales numbers if you don't fit their requirements they are never getting in touch with you ever. The interview process itself is incredibly easy and if you passed third grad e and know how to speak with people they will pass you on to the company since they mostly hire for sales positions
