I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rutgers University (New Brunswick, NJ) in Aug 2011
Interview
Started with a standard resume/cover letter submission, then an in-person interview with several department members. There was discussion about dedication to the role, since they would spend a lot of time training the person.
