The interview is simple. Ask you various questions about yourself and questions related to the position. they want to get to know you during the first interview and see how you would work on the Staff.

Interview
Two phases. One was a group interview, one was an individual interview. The group interview looked for teamwork and leadership. The individual looked for problem solving skills, and how you deal with challenging scenarios.
