      Global Benefits Manager Interview

      Oct 31, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan in Jul 2025

      Interview

There were three rounds, a half hour screening call with the recruiter, then a hour long interview with the hiring manager and a final interview with a senior HR Manager and President of Canada. I think the recruiter was in touch every step and everyone I spoke to was really friendly, warm and appreciative of my time, I had to withdraw after the third interview as I had accepted another job, but it was a hard choice to withdraw before seeing if I was going to get the offer. The company left a really great impression on me and I think it was a really great interview process. I didn't feel like my time was being wasted and the recruiter was really responsive whenever I sent a message.
