I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ryan (Houston, TX) in Nov 2012
Interview
Round one interview was on campus. Had a great interviewer, asked behavioral questions. Round two interview was at the office. There was two rounds. They were more conversational then any questions. I guess they were more figuring out your personality and whether you would mesh with existing employees.

Question 1
explaina time you had to work with an bad boss? What made you determine they were bad?
The interview process was well organized and generally enjoyable. The team members want to get to know you and the interview process is a great opportunity to meet Ryan team members.
The interview process wasn't bad. It was the lack of communication within the company as a whole. The recruiter did not respond to many emails, feedback is not their strong suite. The hiring process needs to be revamped, good talent is wasted waiting on Ryan to decide.
