Interview
Initial conversation with a manager in HR. Interviews for interns led by consultants for initial round and then senior management for office visit. Similar to a super day except not nearly as exhaustive.

No business case, not really a technical interview either. There is a fairly simple quiz to test basic math and thought process. Mostly fit above all else.
1 phone interview and 2 zoom interviews. Was all within a week or two. Asked mostly basic behavioral questions, and also about how I’ve utilized Excel in projects and school work.

How have you utilized Excel in previous work or school projects (Looking for specific functions that were used)?
It was a very long interview process and if spanned across 2 months long. In my opinion it should really only have been a couple interviews before they made their decision. Ryan LLC is very tedious who they pick though.

Very well organized; efficient and respectful; open-minded. The interviewer was seeking to understand me as a potential firm "asset" and there was a lot of positivity coming into and out of the company
