Over the phone interview. Then you meet with a manager of any given location. A typical 1v1 where they ask the usual questions of experience and background. Then if they like you, you go interview with the supervisor of the location that you will be working at. They have the final say. Pretty straight forward interview where you just need to be honest and yourself.

Horrible. Held at Mississauga. Just one Service Manager to interview for 15 min. Asked about general questions on my background experience and education. That's it... goodbye. WHAT AN INSULT !!!!! I think it is a drama as they have already fixed on a candidate. She told me she will get back to me in a week. REJECTED.

Interview
There were 3 rounds, first the HR called me over the phone and asked me general questions about my resume and asked my availability for in-person interview, 2nd round was in-person interview with the Service manager, and final round was with the director of operations. Most of the interview questions were general and few about my projects and previous coop experiences.
