Interview
Very typical interview. I explained by background and work experience and we discussed different aspects of the position. My interviewer was very interested in procurement skills, customer service skills and overall knowledge of logistics and supply chain. I was asked about standing up to customers as our current client can be very difficult and attempts to run people over.

It is a Three round interview process, looking to see if you understand the warehouse process. It is also looking to see if you have open availability work a minimum of nine hour shifts.

What is your leadership style and provide an example.
Very Professional and was very quick with the companies responses. The recruiter was very reachable and was able to talk with them. They seemed to have a good understanding of the job. This was a great environment for an interview.
