Interview
Hiring process took place in 4 stages. First was an online test. The test was average and included questions from basic finance, derivatives, stock market, and company ratios. Second was online Hireview interview in which you have to answer questions like "Why S&P Capital IQ?" "What are your hobbies?" etc and your video is recorded using webcam.
Third and fourth round were personal interviews. Interviews were conducted in a very professional manner.
Basic finance questions related to 3 financial statements of finance. and questions related to link between all 3 of them was asked. so just prepare well for this basic questions and everything around it.
