Interview
First round was a call with HR who is based in HK. About 30 minutes. Once she evaluated that you are suitable, you will be called up to meet the hiring manager. It was a good chat as the hiring manager was friendly and she asked about my skills and experiences. Then proceed to round 2 to speak to a manager who is based in US. Apparently I will be working closely with him. Again the interview was about my skills and experiences. Then I was arranged for a video call with a director based in US. Twice, the director stood me up and I waited for 20 minutes before calling Hr and realised he was not free. Then finally I was assigned to speak to another manager ok US. She's such a rude person and it was apparent that she was not keen to hire me.
Overall bad experiences with the US director and Us manager. Also the hr promised to update me of the final round process but it's been 2 months and she has not contacted me. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism in S&P. Last I heard the position was filled but pls have the courtesy to at least inform me.

Interview process was among the smoothest in my experience. The HR was extremely prompt and kept me informed about the progress at all times. The assessment was very relevant to the specific job role. The team members were courteous, polite, respectful and very attentive during the interview process. First round was a phone call with the HR, then two rounds with hiring managers, then an in person round at their iconic headquarters building on Water St. The process allowed me to learn more about the firm and potential colleagues as it let them learn about me. The team ensured they understood my expectations at every stage. The interview questions were thoughtful and allowed me to use intellectual creativity to answer. The entire process from application to offer letter took 2 months.

Initial call with recruiter followed by 30 mins call with the Hiring Manager. Was given a dataset to analyse and presented the results after a week. Another interview round with senior folks and then got offered the job.
