Very poor - communication was terrible from Talent Acquisition Manager. Kept rescheduling telephone interviews last minute. Time in between interviews was very long with no communication even when I followed up with calls and emails. In one face to face interview with the EMEA Talent Acquisition Director he was very disengaged. Kept looking at his two mobile phones - checking Whatsapp messages and what looked like emails. No real structure to his interview, not really many questions asked. He then left me for 15 minutes whist he looked for someone in his team to pop into meet with me. They too un prepared and unable to effectively interview - the lady spoke mostly about herself and her experience.
