Huge misalignment between HR Resume screening and what stakeholder wanted for this position. As stated by others candidates, the company really looks a mess, not even have a clear recruiting process like other top tier companies.

Standard interview process then all of sudeen ghosted by the whole team. No follow up and nothing at all. Very disappointed as I was very excited about the opportunity. Could've been more professional about the profess to leave a good impression in long term.

The process took 4 weeks and there were 4 stages: Screening call, soft skills interview, technical interview, and final interview with managers/directors. The process was demanding and time consuming, but got feedback at every stage of the process, apart from the final feedback regarding the rejection.
