3 parts. First online application, then two rounds of interviews. The first round was done via HireVue and the second round was 2x30 min zoom interviews with analysts from the local office. After about 1 month I got offered a spot.

Interview
First you must complete a HireVue interview. If successful, you are invited to the second round telephone interviews (2) with two S&P employees. Please note that all languages mentioned in your CV will be examined by the interviewers.

Interview
I networked beforehand, and had a current employee refer me to the program. The interview process itself consisted of two 30 min interviews with Director level employees. After this I received an offer without attending the super day.
