I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at S&P Global (New York, NY) in May 2011
Interview
almost non existent - i knew more about the company than both the HR rep giving the interview and the manager that ultimately hired me. Everyone was new and people seemed more interested in socializing with one another than what was going on with the business. Employees were completely oblivious to everything outside their immediate teams.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by a technical interview with the hiring manager. Questions focused on analytical skills, problem-solving, Excel, SQL, and communication abilities. The overall experience was smooth, professional, and moderately challenging with timely feedback after each round.
près trois entretiens, l'entreprise a disparu dans la nature pendant quatre mois avant de m'envoyer un email m'informant finalement de leur refus. Trois entretiens, puis quatre mois de silence total, avant de recevoir un simple email de refus.
Screen with HR. Interview with hiring manager. I didnt hear anything back so I am unsure what else there is. Casual, no behavioral questions, laid back conversation about the job and experience.
