It was very lame and unprofessional, got a call from an consultancy service and they scheduled the interview for it. First round - The interviewer didn't even introduced himself and I was able to hear the mouse scroll, as he was scrolling through the questions on internet for snowflake. He was eating too, his chew can be heard. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Got a call after 1 hr from the consultancy and she asked if the interview was about snowflake or any other questions were also questioned. After this nobody responded.
