It was very straight forward. I joined the call (no video on the interviewers end, but I did have mine on) with 2 associates. We had a normal chat in the beginning and then about 3 soft skill questions were interwoven into the conversation; tell me about yourself, what kind of experience do you have, what do you know about this company/why would you like to join us, etc. This was my first job out of college, so I spoke more about my experience in college and the jobs I worked during those 4 years. Unsure whether the criteria has changed, but this was when the company was just starting to transition from IHS Markit to S&P Global. I applied through a contractor and I was considered an employee of IHS at first.
