Basically, you do not have to interact with an other person, but appear 10 questions on your screen and you have to register your answers. That is why you need a device with a webcam and a microphone. The interview lasts about 30 min. It is an interesting way to take interviews, and it gives candidates the chance to peak more about their personal life and experience. There are 10 questions and you have, like 3 minutes for each.
