I got a call to arrange for an online interview after that the interview took place on teams, panel interview with 3 people, they ask you questions, and there was a assessment to do as well. They ask personal questions and if you have kids they probably won’t take you, I also felt judged during the interview by one of the interviewers because most of my experience was from entry level roles, he ended up saying because you can’t add value to a team that’s why you never got senior roles. That said a lot about their company’s culture and it was a red flag for me. At the end of the interview I was told I will be contacted the next day which didn’t happened; I even sent a follow up email to them but I was ghosted.
