I apllied online and then I received a call first for a phone interview to talk about what the job is abou, where they are located, and to verify some info of my curriculum. Then they ask for a 1:1 phone screen interview
Two stage interview, one with the operations manager and the second with the Operations director. Asked questions relating to past experiences in operations and required STAR answers. Both interviews made me feel socially at ease.
