1st phase: I had to submit CV+ cover letter and answer basic personal questions
2nd phase: Interview in front of the computer, questions popping up, no person on other side
3rd phase: 2 half hour calls, both technical and motivational
Final round: 2 half hours calls

its smooth and basic finance and excel questions. basic formulas , terminology and introduction. 1 round interview , they just ask u to join teams and 1 hr on call.

Pretty straightforward, nothing that is tricky or technical. Look up at any recent news and try to connect with anyone for the role you applied to get insights, be sure to prepare and ask good questions at the end
The process was first and hr meeting and then in the same hours 2 30min interviews with managers. Mostly fit and personality questions. The process took around 2 months and communication was easy.
