S3 Shared Service Solutions Contact Center Representative interview questions

Finding out what I wanted to get out of working in the Contact Center. Giving past experience, I was qualified for the job position. I knew the hiring managers at that time, so they knew my work ethic and the quality of my work.

Showed you around the office. Then interviewer asked a list of questions off their pre-written paper. The questions are something like "Give me an example of your past experience how you cope with difficult situation." or "Where do you see yourself 5 years from now". Then a supervisor of the interviewer came in and answered any questions that you have about the company.
