Interview
A couple months prior to the NFL season, the company starts hiring for part-time positions to fulfill their need for the season. You apply online and then are emailed to show up for an interview. Once you arrive, you are directed where to go. There is sign in table where you receive additional paperwork to fill out. Then you are called over for a one-on-one interview at a table. Very low stress. A few days after the interview you are emailed to invite you to an unpaid training. If you are going to be in a security related position, then you pay to have your security guard card at that time too.
