1st interview was AI. i answered questions and submitted them virtually. then i had a follow up interview with an actual human. she was very nice. a few tech questions, but mostly customer service questions
2 phone interviews. First one HR manager calls to see if you are somewhat of a fit. Second call, the Supervisor asks simple technical questions. There are some behavioral interview questions that will be asked
