Interview
My interviews happened 5 years ago so it changed a bit. However the first round is HR, who makes sure it's worth it to proceed. Then I had an interview with my former boss. Both were for 1 hour. The most important thing here is to ask questions related to the position, having an opinion, show interest and don't talk about non related things. Be sharp.

Question 1
There were no tricky questions or unexpected questions. I was surprised tough that the second round of the interview could happen basically right away. If they want someone they can make things happen really fast. These days there probably is more than 2 rounds as the company grows. It's usual to have a phone interview as well due to a fact that most of the senior managers are based in US.
