I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Concur (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I had 4 interviews with a total of seven different people which meant that I passed the previous interviews. On the day of my final interview with the hiring manager, I was given an old address which made me late getting to the correct location. I arrived at the Atlanta location and the hiring manager was not prepared. She stated that she had to look for a room that was not being used. She stated that she forgot to bring a copy of my resume. She asked me two questions then asked me did I have any questions to ask. I meet the qualifications for the job and I feel that my skin color (Black) is the only reason why I was not offered the job. I preferred for her to be honest with me and tell me that I didn't get the job and why, but instead she lied stating that they were still interviewing others for the position. However, on Monday morning I saw a new job ad for the same position on LinkedIn's website. I don't appreciate Concur wasting my time then prejudging me. With todays technology, if you wanted to know how a person look, please look on LinkedIn, FaceBook, etc. I didn't see any African Americans on the website. Other then that, everyone else was nice and friendly and I feel that I would have been a good fix for the team. Concur's loss!!
