Interview
Got contacted by a recruiter to apply for an intern position but I applied for a full time instead. 3 step process:-
1) 30 minutes over phone with a senior HR. She knew a lot about the skill set required for the position and really read my profile well.
2) 1 hour over Skype with a senior IT manager. Gave a very informative introduction. Asked to write some sql queries, a basic algorithm question, programming paradigms and theoretical questions on agile and CI. I wasn't expected to know much about agile.
3) 2.5 hour long onsite interview with three different people. Accessed knowledge on testing in general, technologies I have used, an algorithm question, Test case creation for some random things and some more straight forward questions.

Interview
I was recommended by friend who was working at Concur
3 parts for me.
1) Phone call with HR,
2) Online test (HR was on the phone during this test),
3) Personal interview - tested by multiple people, taken aproximately 2 hours. General questions, html/javascript questions, C# questions, XSLT questions (I was not familiar with XSLT so this was replaced by some logic task), database questions (SQL).
I heard now is interview even longer... but I was exhausted even after these two hours.
