I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP in Aug 2012
Interview
I was stood up by my interviewer. We had a scheduled call and never received the call. I followed up and we setup another appointment. We spoke for maybe 2 minutes to which he passed me to another recruiter he said I was a better fit for. Never heard from him or the 2nd recruiter.
This was the first time I've been stood up. Kinda unprofessional if you ask me. Seriously, 2 minutes and you want to get off the phone to pass me off to someone else who I never hear from, even after a follow up.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Walldorf, Baden-Wurttemberg) in Oct 2015
Interview
I had two conversations with the Vice President of the area. The conversations were each one hour long and in person. The topics of the conversations were quite different and very broad in nature. The discussions ranged from general areas to deeper dives into specific pointed topics.
