I went through a recruiter, theys how they fill most positions. I met with two EA's the first round and then who I would be supporting the second round. Its a very long process, and start dates are only twice a month.

I honestly don't remember any of the questions, they used a standard question template.
The interview process was structured, well described and easy to follow. I met with an hr recruiter and then the team that I would be supporting. Very professional and clear for the most part
Normal interview, 3 steps in the process, treated with respect and managed to speak to executive team quite easily. ended up with an offer but did not take up due to personal reasons.

Reibungsloser Ablauf, klare Kommunikation.
Rückruf und Kommunikation via E-Mail lief sehr unkompliziert. Die Fragen waren standartisiert. Sehr netter Empfang in der Zentrale in Potsdam. Vorab hat man per Mail klare Anweisungen für die Anfahrt erhalten. Zum Einstellungsverfahren kann ich nichts sagen, da mir kein Angebot gemacht worden ist.
