      SAP Academy for Presales Bootcamp Interview

      Interview

      SAP organize their SAP Academy every year in California. Two academies I know so far are one for Sales and one for Presales. Being accepted to be part of Academy means that you got a job at SAP. Academy is the place where you will be trained 3-6 months for your position. When you apply for position at Academy, final step of recruiting process is the Bootcamp. Bootcamp is organized in one city, and all best candidates from selection process are called to attend the Bootcamp. So you have candidates from different countries at one Bootcamp. Bootcamp lasts one day. It starts in the morning and it is finished at 5 PM. After that all candidates go back to their countires. After 2-3 days HR team send you email if you got a job (accepted for Academy).

      Question 1

      All candidates at Bootcamp are divided in teams. Teams are multinational. All teams are working on the same case study. Case study is a complex problem, that your team need to analyse, propose a best fit solution(s) and you have to present it in front of the jury. Jury is consisted of managers from SAP and HR team. During the process of solving the case, SAP HR takes you out of the group for the short 1-on-1 interviews. You have few this kind interviews during the day. You are interviewed by the SAP managers. They ask you who you understood the case, what's your point of view, what would you do if...
