      Interview

The Interview Processes have been quite unorganized, as I've been contacted by 2 different recruiters and they weren't aware of this situation. In the 2nd phase, at the technical interview as I understood, everything went fine. But unfortunately in the 3rd phase - the one with the team manager, was a total disappointment for me. He had a very arrogant attitude, he asked me things that weren't on my CV. After a long discussion about how my last project and team was, I've realized that most probably he wanted to "find" things about other companies, not to have a real conversation between a manager and a possible candidate. I totally not recommend this company, as in my case, because a real manager should handle his frustrations before his interviews and learn how to be a behave with people, it is not enough to have technical skills, it is even more important to know how to have the right attitude.
