Interview
First step is a phone interview and it was a very casual talk for about 20-30 minutes. Asked what I knew about Fielglass, my strengths and weaknesses, how my skill were relevant to the position, talked about my previous job, etc.
They would email you if you make it to the the second step, which is a one to one interview.
