SAS Management interview questions

Contacted by recruiter, 1 phone interview and then 2 in person interviews. They never bothered to inform me on the status of my candidacy or provide update on position. I would say the company was more concerned with personality traits, than a candidates actual credentials, experience and skill sets. Probably not a good fit for a career professional who is used to a very professional atmosphere.
