Made it to round three of the interview process. My first interactions with HR and other team members were great, but a bit different. The team did not have many questions for me. Instead, the majority of the interview consisted of me asking them questions. Not a big deal as they were friendly enough, it just seemed like they hadn't conducted many interviews before. My last meeting was with a higher up, who seemed to have a bias from the start, making assumptions about my work history and potential commute time. Still, I felt the interview ended on a somewhat positive note, despite this person's awkward demeanor, as they even asked when I would be able to start. Yet, I never heard back from anyone at the company. I recommend that if someone in the future invests this much of their time into the interview process, that you at least have the courtesy to send a follow up note. However, I am overall glad that this opportunity did not work out due to several red flags.
