The interview began with an hour-long phone interview with the recruiter which consisted of me learning more about the position and her digging into my technical capabilites and career objectives. I then went into the office for a formal interview. The interview consisted of meeting 2-3 people in each interview session. Questions ranged from technical to environmental. Everyone I met was very upfront about the pros and cons of the industry and answered all my questions very honestly. I walked out of the interview feeling confident they wanted me to have all the information I needed to make the best decsion for myself and my family.
