It was very comfortable and fair. They have sample interview questions on their website, so you know what to expect and how to prepare. Very much personality based, so there were a lot of situational questions.

Interview
Very standard interview with professional manner - interview with HR and dept manager at the same time. Interview were friendly and professional, did not came across any unexpected questions.
The office were very quiet and tense.
