I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at SHI International (Austin, TX) in Feb 2015
Interview
Quick phone interview to gauge your interest. In person interview with recruiter, then with hiring manager. The recruiter is very nice and doesn't present many challenging questions. The hiring manager tends to put you on the spot. I believe this is done to see if you can handle the pressures of cold calling. They are looking for a positive reaction to negatively portrayed scenarios.

Question 1
Do you feel comfortable cold calling 50 people a day?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at SHI International (Austin, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
Four step interview process, met with recruiter did screening call, then HR manager, then hiring manager, then finished with hiring manager and another manager. Was a good process but four separate meeting just to not get offered is a little much IMO.

Very through interview process, multiple steps but overall great interviewers. I interviewed during the pandemic and everything was virtual, but SHI was very prepared. You have to complete a small task after the interview.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. There were multiple calls with the recruiter and then a final in person interview in which they wanted to learn more about you as an individual.
