Not great at first. I realised that shi international was not the place for me as the interview questions didn’t meet the criteria of where I wanted to work. Shi is good for sales but it just wasn’t my personal choice as a result.

One phone screen with two more virtual interviews. One with direct manager and then one with the vice president. Each interview was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes. There were questions about past experience as well as scenarios.
