Interview
It was panel interview with mechanical engineering manager and engineering project manager and then later HR manager interview. It took like 3 hrs. they have well defined difficult questions blown through one after another and was checking how I can help in their problem solving.

Very professional and well planned. They treated me well and answered my questions. All managers were personable and nice to me. Location was a nice campus in the Houston areas.

Interview
I applied through University Career Center. I received a phone call from recruiter about a month later and was asked some screening questions. After phone interview, I received an invitation to interview on site . I interviewed with the Hiring Manager and HR person.
