Interview
On campus interview, mostly behavioral with a technical question at the end. Want to see your thinking process more than just the correct answer. They want your answers in STAR format, try not to get too off topic or they will stop to get you back on track. Almost all behavioral questions dealt with a past project , be sure to have one in mind
Core and HR interview about manufacturing processes, design area, stress analysis, about the stresses on beams, columns, design softwares like AutoCAD, Inventor ,Ansys,then the questions about properties of metals like steel, iron,etc.
It wasn't too good. It had a lot of politics.
It was full of personal questions. It doesn't seem to be an interview for a company and that wasn't a technical round for sure.
