Sent my resume in through their career site. After about 5 hours, I received a email from a recruiter offering to give me a 30 minute phone interview. During the phone interview, he asked basic behavioral questions. Near the end of the interview he explained in detail about the REMS division and the training programs the company offers to new grads.
